Company Secretarial Services

Once we are appointed as your company secretary, we can take your instructions and handle the necessary steps, process, forms and submissions to ensure that you are compliant with the legal and statutory requirements of Malaysia.

You have a choice to pay us for any service as and when you require it based on the Standard Resolutions fee table which is in line with industry practice. However, we have an Annual Package which gives you unlimited requests for any Standard Resolution (including Annual Return, Lodgement of Audit Report and Preparation & Submission of Beneficiary Owner) for the fixed low price of RM167 per month.
